This will not be your typical newsletter because it's not for you; it's for me.

This newsletter is an exploration of my own (and hopefully your) well-being, covering meditation, exercise, friends, food, drugs, travel, and wealth. Nothing is off-limits.

Most newsletters focus on one topic, but I aim to bring everything together to create a holistic way of living. We don’t live our lives piece by piece; life is experienced in a fluid motion. Improving these aspects and integrating them allows the fluid motion of life to become more peaceful.

Its all about balance, like cigarettes and coconut water.

Think of it as Bryan Johnson’s approach to longevity, but with a drink to celebrate a birthday. Marcus Aurelius' stoicism, but with the understanding that we all lose it now and then. Warren Buffet’s investing strategies, but with a focus on buying ETFs.

The one thing I can promise you this newsletter will not contain is bullshit, but hopefully some humor. No fluff, no acceptance of social norms, or the lies we tell ourselves as a society. Just what I have found and discovered to be true, with a few laughs along the way.

Come in with an open mind as I try to open mine.
